We put this page together to share the questions travelers ask most often and to highlight the limits of what our dummy itineraries can do. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the ticket be verified?
No. These itineraries are generated for demonstration purposes and do not exist in any airline reservation system. In my experience, immigration agents usually just want to see that you have onward travel plans, and the itinerary satisfies that visual check. I have never had an officer try to validate the record locator.
Can I use the ticket to get through immigration or airline check-in?
Yes. Many travelers successfully present our itineraries as proof of onward travel. That said, every officer or airline staff member can apply their own judgment, so you should be prepared to explain that it is an itinerary and have a backup plan if they ask for additional documentation.
Are these real tickets?
No. The documents mimic the look and feel of an airline confirmation, but they are not confirmed bookings. They are meant as a temporary placeholder while you finalize real travel plans.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
All sales are typically final because the itinerary is generated instantly and delivered right away. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or re-issue if there is an error on the itinerary or a technical problem with delivery. If you run into an issue, email us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
What if immigration does not accept the document?
You are responsible for meeting the requirements of the country you are entering. We cannot guarantee acceptance everywhere, and we are not liable if an officer refuses entry. Use the document at your own risk and have alternative arrangements ready, such as a refundable ticket or proof of funds.
Do you share my information?
